Notes

We start at the Frostgate Market.
Darcy is taking us to the Arctic Explorers Society. We travel from the Crystal Quill Consortium through the upper city to where the Arctic Explorers Society holds home.

At the market we see people being octioned off. It's slave trade. We don't know there are laws against it. But it's somewhat a strange sight for some of us. We find a stall that sells rations. They are "special" and are smaller in portions for the same nurishment. He asks 1 GP per 10. We make a deal for 2 GP for 100 rations of nurishment

We enter the undercity. The guards check the papers. A bad smell hits our noses when we enter the undercity. This place is not very hygienic.

We arrive at the Arctic Explorers Society. Darcy is nicely greeted. They were awaiting for her. Captain Icetrek meets us. Darcy receives a payment for a completed missions of 15 GP. Darcy's assignment was to find The Resistance and information about the murders / potions. Captain Icetrek knows all of the members except for Atticus. The investigations they do at night show they frequently find dead bodies of poison. It seems the time between a disappearance and finding their dead body gets shorter and shorter.
The waters show strange shapes.

We discuss further that the guards are voicing the Jade Alliance might be after the murders. Most murders are people from the low lifes.

A great bunch of people that were murdered have visited the Dark Wood Inn. They might be a lead. We create a plan to split up going to the Dark Wood Inn. Atticus and Gideon go first. We take a few empty viles with us to get a sample of the drinks. Darcy will follow alone. Willow Artos and Dr. Byron Dark follow as last.
When Willow walks in something unseen bumps into her. She has a feeling she knows what it is but can't name it. They try to find what way it went. A bowl of gray mush is thrown in her face. Dr. Byron Dark manages to fetch it. It's a wynling.

It escapes from Dr. Byron Dark. Willow as a disguised dwarf flies up to fetch it.
It scares it off. And the Wynling goes invisible again.

We discuss our next action. We discuss to speak to the innkeeper. Artos speaks to a table of "Tree" people. They appear to be dwarves though. Most people killed are low lives that probably live in the tents in the undercity.

We speak to the innkeeper and she tells us a drow showed up right when the murders started.

Artos, Willow and Atticus try to get on stage to perform. Though Artos and Atticus play awfull and are thrown off. Willow is invited to keep playing for 2 GP for the rest of the night. She can keep all stuff thrown on stage.

In the mean time the drow walks out. Darcy with invisibility follows him outside. He is writing in a book while leaning against a wall. And what it is trying to write doesn't appear on the page. Darcy triest to steal a vile. But doesn't seem to manage to get it. He runs off.

Willow notices there are food trails from the kitchen to the exit of the Dark Wood Inn. On our way to the Arctic Explorers Society in an aliway we find this Wynling. The wynling knows Willow. And announces he is coming with us. Willow will give it a name.

At the Arctic Explorers Society, we find our old friend Arranis. He knows we have the Book of Curses and suggests we do not open it but keep it save or destroy it.

We discuss that we really like to figure out what this drow is about.
We Long Rest

There is another murder. Madam Mirable she is called. She used to be a seer. The guards gather. They again press that this might be the shady people from the Jade Alliance. Gideon somewhat challenges them and they almost pick a fight. But Darcy steers him away.

We go to the encampment in the undercity where we try to find the tent of Madam Mirable. We disguise ourselves as low lifes to. Marcus stops us going into the tent for Madam Mirable. She is not here he tells us. She might be missing. Marcus tells us that we can ask everything to him.

Willow sends the Wynling invisible into the tent of Madam Mirable.
There is not much of interest in the tent, maybe a pearl that we might can use to sell to the Jade Alliance.

We steal the pearl and we go the do shop to by alchemy supplies and incense
